I did this DP hair transplant last night for my good buddy Anthony and was just a tad proud of it. It’s only my 2nd time around using the vintage Don Post hair and this stuff looks, feels and smells purely like vintage Halloween! Evidently there were 2 kinds of fiber that DP used on the 70’s masks! This stuff is much different than the stuff that I have had on a few Myers masks in the past. It’s very nappy, yet very stylable and just screams 'Hero"! It’s very hard to work with, but in the end it’s beautiful and gives off that serious 70’s vibe! I’ll tell ya, it’s a real groovy feeling having this old school hair on your favorite Myers! I bet I can even find a few pieces of candy corn down in there if I dig around
This one was initially converted by Colin Mayne and I only rehaired it.
very nice hairjob james, im likin the new hairline, …you can tell who repaints what mask you didnt even have to tell that you didnt repaint this mint, you can tell the different styles apart for sure .
Hey Jim, nope, I haven’t seen anything of your Mint yet but I imagine it will be here any day now. I am keeping a sharp eye out for it man. Did you have him send it to my work address or home/shop? Sometimes if stuff is sent to me via UPS, the driver will take it on to my work because he knows I will surely get it.
Great rehair James . I bet that gives it the nice vintage smell for sure . Ha id love to be able to get some for that H78 I got ya doing for me . But great work Colin as well and Nik .
