Guys i want everyone to know what happened.Chad pleased me to trade with him my 2k kirk with his db2 kirk,i was affraid of recasting and i said no,he insist that i have nothing to worry about and he is out of maskmaking,he promised to me giving his word that he wont get invloved ever again in a mask project or anything,in the past i bought from him his nightmare master that he bought from JITB and he has no rights to do anything based on the nightmare,now after couple of months that he got my 2k kirk he is making a NEW mask project with Addison BASED on the nightmare i bought from him.he also told me to fuck off and Jerk off many times and holy days like these wihout me to use bad words against him.I was used tricked and i feel betrayed from 2 supposed friends.oTry to not support this kind of behaviours and im giving you my word that whoever stands on my side he wont lose! i have a very big surprise coming soon something very affordable and the most accurate ever…

IF I’m correct Addison is retooling the ICON which was retooled from the nightmare way before chad sold it to you

The icon is a nightmare with sculpted eyes so its a nightmare,he could sell those and i had no problem but retooling it its wrong after i paid for it.The worse thing is that he promised he is out and after he got the kirk he changed and he is making a kirk:)

yeah, if you buy the rights from someone, that means they will never produce that mask again. that is why you pay so much for them you are payong for the exclusive rights to that mask. MMP used to get in trouble back in the day for selling rights to masks and selling them numerous times after that. not a good idea.

And if the nightmare wasent sold to me,then what?he could lie again get my 2k kirk and use it as reference or recast it??this is the whole point,he lied and he put a 18 year old kid to make the dirty work to keep his hands clean

This is why the Nighmare is such a touchy subject. It’s almost to a point where the whole mask community owns the “Rights” to the nightmare. people have been making them for years and it is one of the oldest independent Myers mask around. In my opinion, it don’t matter if you own the “Rights” to it. You should not retool it without first consulting with Justin at NO.

We all know who we paid and get out nightmares,we dont know your master where it came from?but this is a subject we will talk about another time.The thing is that Chad lied because he wanted to get my kirk and use it to make masks…for this he doasent have right or rights or anything…

I agree with you NIK, 100%.

just because you own the “Rights” to a mask does NOT give you the right to retool it or steal bits and pieces of it to use on your own work.

When you by the "Rights to a mask, you are buying the “Rights” to make that mask. Again, not to recast it and use on your own work without asking the maker for permission.
