Any constructive feedback is welcome! He is sculpted in cosclay, finished and baked ready to mold and cast but If I had to I would resculpt him just to get him perfect. Not easy to get him perfect! not a whole lot of good reference to go by and of course the mask changes a lot in the film.
I’d say the eyes needed to be ever so slightly closer together and maybe the opening in the mouth be a TINY bit wider but that might just be because it’s not painted, honestly thought as the sculpt is I don’t think there is much to improve on it looks good
Thanks! Yes the eyes were very very tough to get right and I still feel they are not 100% and the mouth as well haha such a pain. I still think I will do an updated sculpt one day but first want to see how this one looks finished
If only it was as easy as just taking the sculpt and just squeezing it together slightly
Yeah if I’m sure the next sculpt you could nail it if you take what you learned from this one and just slightly adjust, the eyecuts look really good actually it’s just too far apart as I mentioned.
Looks great either way, one of the better 1/6 Myers sculpts I’ve seen
If it’s I’d definitely use this picture as reference since it’s not dark and it’s straight on rather than at an angle. Also it’s what I see when looking at your sculpt
Yeah man! Those eyes are suuuuuch a pain. They seem to change so much from pic to pic and the different lighting and everything. Ughhhh… haha the ears I think maybe I got right no?? Maybe not haha
Yes I used that pic! And the others like it. I have a few different of the same pic but they seem to change from pic to pic. If that makes sense haha like they are each altered
it’s the jagged part near the nose bridge which is where people get the eyecut wrong on the right eye, as you can see in that blacked out castle stretch shot, they are actually still rounded on the right eyecut just below the eyebrow
