I know I am missing some classics, and most aren’t cinematic masterpieces but still fun to watch.
Night of the Living Dead (1968) is one of the creepiest movies ive ever seen, especially for an older black and white film. So its very appropriate that you hear and see it in the background of Halloween 2. I always thought that was pretty cool, lol. Youve actually got a few movies in your list that ive never seen and im always lookin for a good new horror flick so ill have to check them out. Thanks again for posting.
no problem. yeah the 1st time I saw it 2 years ago, I wasn’t expecting much from it, but it freaked me out alot. as soon as it was over, I had to go get the mail and since I live in an apartment complex, it’s all the way down the block, and it was midnight and I started getting so paranoid. it was great haha
I have to say that’s a really good list. The Devil’s Rejects is one I see on these lists time and time again that leaves me scratching my head but to each his own, it’s a solid list. Big kudos for including The Serpent and the Rainbow. That is a gem so many overlook, excellent movie.
These two I have never seen:
Vampires Vs. Zombies (2004)
2001 Maniacs (2005)
As you said, I’m not expecting “cinematic masterpieces” but since you obviously like MANY of the same movies I do I may try these out.
Here’s a few more I would add, being the list you have is long I may rellist something but if that happens it was unintentional.
These are all MUST VIEWS!
Boogeyman 1-3
Candyman II
Children of the Corn
Christine
Cigarette Burns (Masters of Horror)

And don’t forget that “Trick 'r Treat” is finally out on DVD on October 6th… besides “Halloween” this is the ultimate movie to get you in the mood. Another seasonal movie thats so bad its good is “Satans little helper”
“Trick r Treat” is definitely out on Oct 6th. I ordered mine from dvdworldusa.com and they shipped it out to me today so should have it by the end of the week. “Satans Little Helper” is hilarious. I love how black as night the humour is.
