Hey man… at least you have the balls to try to rehaul it. I bet about 95% of us wouldn’t even attempt something like that. If you keep up with it you’ll get better at it.
Highly recommend you check out Handiboy’s overview of his rehaul process on the Kills mask. He shares a lot of techniques in the YouTube video below, and then you could think about buying his hour and forty five minute tutorial video.

Thank you man i try it again and let you guys see the result.

I did something with a picture, and here is a result:
I don’t think it looks to bad after all…
It actually looks better then the TOTS factory paint. I see nothing wrong with it at all
Wow are you sure?
That is an huge compliment and means alot for me!
Thank you man!

Since you seem to want some constructive criticism, I will just say that the unburnt part of the mask could use some tweaking. It looks too chalky and lacks a lot of the detail of the aged Shatner mask as seen in the film. But hey, for a first try, not bad. You’ll only get better, so don’t get too down on yourself.
I’m not brave enough to try a mask rehaul myself so major props to you for trying. Nick mulpangano tutorial that someone posted on here would be the way to go. I recently started rehauling coveralls and it’s trial and error and one of those things you’ll get better and better the more you do it and talk to some of these guys in the community. There’s some amazing people in here that will give you some tips
Thank you!

Hey folks!
Today i stripped all the paint down with a hard bristle brush and water + soap but now some of it won’t come off in some areas. I let you see one in the picture!
Do you guys have any advice and tips? I thought about buying lacquer thinner / acetone but i don’t know if that would help.

Dremel tool with cotton felt tip, after that make sure you wipe it down with lacquer thinner and a sponge to clean up the latex “dust” you can get a “dremel” tool for 8-10 bucks at harbor freights that comes with the cotton tip you need.
I live in Germany, but i would like to live in the USA or America. Halloween is much more celebrated there, and they even have Stores Just like Spirit Halloween or PartyCity! In Germany nothing like this exist…
And i cant get a Dremel in Germany for 8-10 bucks. Here we need to pay atleast 80-100$ (80-100€) for a really good one.
Do you have another idea?

I imagine something like this would do the trick and not break the bank, but I’ll let some of the more experienced people here weigh in:
https://www.amazon.de/-/en/26150684JA-Dremel-Polishing-Kit/dp/B0014GV5TE
I don’t have the main tool, to use this Dremel Polishing Kit.
