Hey everyone — long time no see. I’ve genuinely missed you all.
First off, I owe you an apology. I pretty much disappeared for almost a year. It’s been so long that some of you might not even remember my very first Tradewear replication project I shared on the Myers forum.
What really stayed with me, though, was that quite a few of you still reached out, asked questions, and showed real interest in what I was doing. That meant more than you probably realize — and honestly, it’s what brought me back and reignited my passion for recreating these coveralls.
Today, I’m proud to finally share something I’ve put my heart into:
A replication of the 1978 Michael Myers coveralls
— named “
SHAPEWEAR
”
About SHAPEWEAR:
I don’t say this lightly — I truly believe this is one of the most accurate recreations of the original film-used piece to date.
Fabric:
Vintage-style coverall material — breathable and comfortable
Color:
Matched to the original Sears Tradewear Tex Green, with subtle shifts under different lighting
Thread:
Custom-dyed, high-strength stitching in the signature green tone
Hardware:
Carefully sourced buttons, snaps, and zipper that closely match the original
Every detail — from the collar, pockets, waistband, buttons, to the cuffs — has been recreated with strict reference to the film.
Weathering (Fully Custom)
One of the most important parts of this project.
I carefully study the screen-used suit’s:
aging
wear patterns
distressing and damage
…and replicate them 1:1 by hand.
You can choose your preferred level of weathering:
Light
Medium
Heavy
Fully custom
All weathering is included at no extra cost — only the production time changes.
Standard: ~2–3 weeks
Heavy weathering: longer depending on complexity
Sizing:
Currently available in 7 sizes, suitable for:
5’5" to 6’7" (165–200 cm)
Regular build recommended

I didn’t want this to just be clothing — I wanted it to feel like a complete piece of art.

Took nearly 3 months to finalize
