Hey guys! So i’m gonna be buying my first ever “expensive” mask. I currently own the TOTS elrod and hospital mask and also the Sinister Studios Obsession mask. Please help me decide between NAG 75k or the creep or comment an alternative that you think is better, i’m so torn lol.
I think your best bet is to search through this forum and the gallery to look at pics…decide for yourself which one you like the look of…
They are both great masks…but also have totally different looks depending on who finishes them…which is something youll have to consider, if you want to send it off to a conversion artist…good luck with your decision.
Don’t worry, I think at least 80% of us here been in same dilemma, lol. Really it is what you like more. I’d look at all the non-fancy photos of each to get idea of what they really look like. Not the ones with effects & cool lighting. Who is finishing is also a factor. I will say in my opinion the 75k facial features “pop” a bit more naturally, where creep you have to depend on lighting more to see features.
Again… that’s just my opinion.
Go to the Halloween (1978) section and look at closest masks available.l in my thread above. Both the 75K and the creep are on there with excellent comparison pictures. That should help you decide.

Having owned both. I prefer the 75k.
I’d say the 75K.
The Creep could be great but it looks like there is a lot of differences/variations from a mask to another…
I mean, I saw some Creeps that were very screen accurate and some other that weren’t.
I would go for a 75K.
H78 retool is also a great mask from Nag…
I’d go creep. But you can’t go wrong with either one.
If you would’ve just searched the forums for this question… it’s been asked about 500 times before. You’ll get 10 people say that they think the 75K is better, and you’ll get 10 people say that they think the Creep is better. Opinions are like a$$holes… everyone has one. 
Study pictures of each and come to your own conclusion. But if you’d like my opinion… the 75K is way more accurate. But it needs to be finished by a really good artist to look like the ones you’re seeing on the boards. Finishing is so soooo important. A 75K straight from Nik looks like crap. One finished by an artist like James is golden.

One thing to remember is the standard creep is a tad smaller than a new mold 75k and also a bit cheaper. 335$ for creep and 375$ for new mold 75k direct from nik. To me they are both worth the money but they do look very different.
I’d plan to buy both if I were you…that’s my plan anyway. I went with a Creep first because I found a good deal (75K is next on my list). I like both about equally. Keep your eyes out and get the best deal you can find, 75K or Creep if it’s a good copy for the price then go for it.
In my opinion, the best (most accurate/best quality to my eyes) route is also the most expensive/lengthy:
-Either get a 75k blank (from Nik or second-hand) or a Shat blank from Justin (Creep with Kirk eyes so there’s more room to customize).
-Send that thing over to James Carter for the full conversion deluxe spa all-you-can-eat package
At the end of the day, this route will run you a little over $400
75k blanks are around $250 (I believe) and Shats are about $200.
James charges a tad over $200 for a full conversion.
His wait time is also over 2 years currently though too. 
I know by experience the wait time is over 3 years now.
