Just seen this on Nicholas FB page. I think we all know he’s trying to compete with Nick’s 13. Which is the best Cover mask I have ever laid eyes on.
I saw it last week and it honestly looks like a downgrade over his previous cover mask. At least in my opinion. Probably just another rush job
Just another stretched recast, rinse and repeat, honestly he should just straight up copy the KH Ultimate at some point

This is interesting- he posts a brand new Castle Stretch mask after the ID mask pops up and gets a ton of praise, then goes on the defensive that it had nothing to do with the ID mask. Nick posts a showstopping Cover Mask and then this Cover Mask is posted a week later?
I’m sure that it will be written off as a coincidence, but seriously, let’s let some other extremely talented artists get the spot light for a minute. There will always be a demand for NAG, as it seems that some collectors are not complete without his work.
My hat’s off to Nick and James, will continue to follow their updates and achievements.

Typical Nik. I’m not saying it isn’t a nice looking mask but it’s another attempt at flexing from Nik as usual. Nik is a bully who can’t bare the thought of anybody else getting a touch of the lime light. That being said, to those who get the mask I hope you enjoy it and get what you’re looking for.

Nick’s is better in my own opinion but it’s still a solid mask
Handiboy’s mask is a better sculpt and has better finishing. Easy choice in my opinion.

Have you seen the actual mask other than this highly edited and grainy photo? He’s such a Johnny Come Lately on everything and it’s really starting to reflect poorly on him, especially after the ID mask copy
Don’t know if it’s just me, but I don’t think that’s the actual mask. It looks like an edited version of the actual cover. I could be wrong though.
I’m glad other people noticed how the timing of it was way too coincidental to Nick Mulpagano’s 13. He’s not even trying to hide the fact that he’s ripping the 13 off. I get Nag had done a cover mask before but to promote this “new” one so soon after the 13 was unveiled is a slap in the face to Nick Mulpagano. Definitely not cool.
It annoys the hell out of me because I really don’t care for Nik, but I do love this mask. The sculpture is the best I’ve seen to date, with no offense to Handiboy. This is just next level. I’d like to see what a talented finisher can do with it because Nik’s finish is just awful.
I very much doubt it’s even a sculpt. More likely to be a stuffed recast and then retooled. Still looks very nice though.
It was actually a scan and print. You can see the raw print lines in his early pics. I think he scanned his little magnet. But he could have just stuffed a mask and scanned that as well. It’s hard to say. Listen, recasting and lying come are like breathing to Nik so who knows. It does look very good though however he did it.
Yea wow maybe he z brushed it??? He does lazor scan all his sculpts so maybe he just printed out his old cover mask and retooled it? No idea
I like them both. The 13 is not only a great mask overall but a massive improvement of Nick’s work in general IMO. That being said I do give the edge to NAG’s mask as my personal preference. It is definitely not a pure sculpt, it is a scan of a pre-stretched mask that was then refined.
To those commenting on Nik’s uncanny timing here- make no mistake, it is most definitely intentional. The ID copy was just the most notorious example but he has done it many other times. When FPS released sculpt pics of their Pennywise bust, Nag’s new Pennywise bust comes out just 21 days later. Castle stretch mask? Jame posts his sculpt pics in April, Nik has his new stretch mask out in May, then again copying every form on the ID in July. Gets in a fight with Martin Peña publically, so he digitally sculpted Martin Peña face itself, then went on to buy an SSN Shanks master to announce plans to retool and make the “best H5 mask ever” after years of Peña’s Revenge of the 5th gaining popularity. And now the cover mask… Not surprised at all.
A bunch of elite sculptors should ban together and all put out a beautiful new Myers sculpt at the same time one each of a different sequel and just really stress him out… 
How can you give the “edge” to a mask that is purely digital more so than to a mask that has actually been produced and in peoples hands???
Just makes no sence to me…please explain…
