I’m curious to hear the sources as far as where this info is coming from. Mask rights and things aren’t always exclusive, so neca/walmart/wherever making one doesn’t necessarily mean anyone got rights pulled.

You can actually look up the court papers on the tots lawsuit which describes the situation. I can link it later if I have time. Unless you already saw them and are talking about something else? 
I’ve not! I wasn’t sure if it was a legit court doc since no one linked it and I hadn’t had the chance to look. If you’ve got a link I’d love to read it
