I received my h78 knife today and guess what?! The shipping box contained the receipt and no knife!!! WTF?!??

That is bizarre, especially if the package wasn’t damaged or didn’t look tampered with. I don’t believe I’ve heard of this sort of thing happening to anyone before. I really hate that happened to you man.
So whoever packaged that, tossed the receipt in, and just taped up the box and sent it on its way. Wow, that’s about as stupid as it gets. I would be absolutely irate. There’s no excuse for that oversight.
The box was all smashed like in the picture but it was taped shut so someone forgot to put it in. Incredible lol

This is a new low as far as that goes. There is just no excuse they could give to explain that away. How are you not looking down at the box, seeing inside of it as you close it up to tape it shut? Especially with no packing material? Just unexcusable.
