I received my mask 2 weeks ago. I’m really pleased with the look but thinking about having the hair changed to look fuller and more moveable. Any recommendations?
The FEAR was my very first Myers mask. Back in 09’ when I first joined the forum I purchased one from a member here. I no longer have it in my collection but the FEAR will always hold sentimental value since it was my first. Congrats on your score. Mike

Congrats, is that a new Fear? I’ve got a soft spot for the Fear, too. I actually just sold my Fear, It was one of the original ones when they first came out. I’m really going to miss it

Thanks guys! I literally just ordered it this month and got it about a week and a half ago. I do love the detail, just undecided about the hair. I see that Jc_70 is popular on the forum and so is Justin Mabry. I wonder if it would ruin the mask by changing to a fuller hair style like the Creep or SHAT mask. I also just ordered a Prop Shop Psychopath H1 and knife.
I would honestly send it to JC and have his paint and hair it. I seen a sick fear done by him It would be worth it to have it painted while its already there

Got bored and decided to try and free up the hair a bit from how it came. I just used a spray bottle and did it by hand. Kinda looks more H2ish I suppose than H1.
May experiment more lol.
Fear was my first(and only) Indy mask as well. I was bothered by the flat matted down hair as well, but there’s quite a bit of hair there. I just messed mine up with my hands, shaking it out, to break up the hairspray, or whatever was used. It fluffed up pretty well, and i can still shape it a bit into different styles without adding anything to it.
Yeah I’m thinking about leaving it as is and ordering a Creep mask for that H1 look. Waiting to hear from The Prop Shop about my H1 Psychopath.
yea bro i told terry to make it the best H1 he could… and well this is what i got. but i would still try to hit up jc and have him do it and you would have that H1 look. unless you wanted a thinner pull. But you cant go wrong with a creep either bud!

Terry’s masks are good qualit, nice and thick. I own a warlock and love it.
His fear looks great, but the hair on it, always bothers me because it gives it a too elongated look.
Needs to be restyled or shaped differently imo. It always throws me off looking at it.
I am sure that the fear is well made like the warlock is.
