I believe so. There was a thread about it from what I remember.
There is another thread on this. Speculation at this point is that Justin Maybry is working on a new sculpt, and that TOTS will hold the license for the new mask when finished. This comes from a piercing together of tidbits from social media.

instead of making a new mask give us the fans a poll to decide which myers mask replica they be using. us fans know whats up so give us the decision. know what im saying guys on here?
I think they used a WMP mask for the promotional stuff, an older one. I don’t think it’s what they are going with in the movie though.

Needs to be an original sculpt because using an already established mask would make that mask skyrocket in price
I am sure the new mask will have sometype of lineage to the 75 Kirk and look from the original. I would think they would go thru an established FX house to create the mask, not Justin.
