I owned one and regretfully had to let it go for bills but it’s an amazing sculpt and if you have a normal size head or below 24’ makes an awesome mask to wear!
Man, I’m sorry to hear you had to let it go brother. But that’s great news about the size! I will probably end up using this for a new lifesize (had to let my old one go as well)… Thanks for the info!

I didn’t even know Mike still did conversions… How do you get in contact with him?
It’s actually not even a conversion. Mike actually sculpted his own H1 and that’s what this is. He apparently doesn’t make many and they pop up on eBay from time to time. That’s the only place he sells them. Just keep an eye out.

Unfortunately Mike is done conferring masks and is focusing on his own sculpts. The AHG78 was his original, then he released the EX, and there is a new sculpt he has sold a few copies of. eBay is his only means of business now but you’ll find a mask a month or so from him on there if interested. Can’t wait to see some worn shots of this copy!
Damn! I really liked his conversion work! I only got to see videos of his skill, I’ve never had a mask done by him. Guess I’ll just stick with my guy Loper. I would get stuff converted by James but his wait time is wayyy too long for me, and Freddy does a similar style of finish. Oh and since you are here what do you think of the Specter by FPS? I think it looks pretty cool but I don’t like the paint that much, if I got it converted by Freddy how do you think it would turn out?

The Spectre v2 definitely isn’t a bad mask, it has a nice Castle stretch sort of built into the mask. Freddy does an amazing job on every conversion he does so if you like the sculpt he is a great option for a rehaul. Personally for H1 I think the Creep and 75k Castle / 98 proto are your best options though. And yeah man I love AHG’s work. Regret selling my H78 by him but I still have my Maniac and Cover he did. His personal sculpts are awesome though!
Yeah I know the castle and proto are a lot more accurate but I just dig the look of the spectre as well, I like the proto and castle more but the spectre looks cool to me. I’m not sure about the paint though, at some angles I like it and at others I don’t. It’s kinds similar with how the dead ringer is to me, it’s not the most accurate but just looks pretty cool. If I get a ringer it will be either a h2 or I will have it done up as a coverman.
