I’m going to tell you honestly, I’m not all that impressed with it. Now my opinion might change when I actually get to look at in person but for right now it doesn’t look all that great. My biggest question is… what is up with the gray hair, wasn’t it brown in the movie?

I personally think it looks terrible, it might be fixable with the right touch… I don’t know. I wouldn’t pay that price for that mask, maybe it looks better in person.
That is in my opinion, the worst Mass-Produced mask ever made. The H9 Remake Don Post was the best they made…

That was an alright mask, I was just surprised with how thick it was. I’ll tell ya… I was little weary of that mask at first and looking at the pictures of it didn’t really help out. Although after seeing it in person I liked it and bought one.
Yeah the gray hair just makes me want to cringe.

You can’t knock it until you see it in person. At least it will be ADULT sized & not
small like most of the indy masks! And, you don’t have have to wait for MONTHS to get it
and spend hundreds of dollars.

I’d rather spend $200 on a bad-ass indy mask and wait 1-3 months for it, than $80 for a POS retail mask that only takes 1 week to arrive. That is one stupid-ugly mask, though not the worst I have seen. The CS Myers mask from 1996-99 (?) is probably the worst ever, IMO. As bad as these new licensed masks are, they are the best looking ones to be put out since The Mask, still the best mass produced Myers ever.

I don’t know about you guys but after looking at that I really want one now. Unfortunately the ones they’ll have in the stores probably won’t look anywhere near as nice as that one.

the picture of the mask that spirit has is NOT the mask they will be selling. It was confirmed on horror bid. its, unfortunetly, the same mask that was shown in the beginning of this topic.

Thanks for setting me straight on that, I figured it was too good to be true. I also figured it had to be a screen cap, cause why would they put a good set of coveralls and a beard on one of the models? That just goes to show that no mass produced mask maker will put out a great looking mask for us consumers. I think the time for great looking masks ended in the 80’s.

It looks like it COULD be okay with some major modifications but those molded eyebrows… nothing can be done to change how horrible those are
