Psycho wins this race!!! it has more kirk on it…
I can’t say I have owned a psycho, but I wouldnt trade my H78/JC for one I can promise you that 
Both are GREAT masks from GREAT artists… Although I’ve never been such a big fan of the PSYCHO in accuracy… ShapeShifters mask
is by far the best Psycho I’ve seen… 
That mask is out of this world & congrats to the new owner, Dirk!!!
So if I should choose between Psycho & H-78… i would take the H-78
NAG/JC H-78
But if I had to choose between H-78 & the Cover mask… I would take the Cover mask!!
This mask works better with lighting than the H-78…
And what would John Carpenters HALLOWEEN be without it’s typically lighting???

i think it doesn’t matter you will be happy both ways. both are great and you have seen both masks in pics get the one you want. i don’t think you would ask the members here to help you choose if one was better than the other. DO WAT MAKES U HAPPY it my 2 cents 
as owner of both masks i would recommend both masks. thats why i have a collection. i like the fact that they are all H1 masks but each have their own look or stronger resemblence to a certain scene from the film.
impossible for everyone to agree on the ‘perfect’ mask. just pick the one that really does it for you.
now if you only want just one mask, i would consider Niks new 75K mask and wait till justins new H1 mask comes out so you can compare those as well.
you would hate to pick one up today only to be thinking next week ‘dam wish i would have waited’. just something to think about.
Both are great masks and quite possibly the two most popular H1 masks this hobby has seen. I like certain things about both, a hybrid would be out of this world!
IF I were getting ready to buy a new H1 Myers from Nik or Justin however, I would pass on both! Justin’s new Kirk (there will be a Myers too) is going to bury the Psycho and Nik’s new 75K is superior to his H78. Buy one of these updated masks and I think you will be much happier in the end!
This is an interesting point and I agree. What people have to remember is Justin made the Psycho YEARS ago, his sculpting skills and techniques are far superior now. The new Myers will rule! Plus, I love that it is an original sculpt and NOT a life or recast of a Kirk.

Very well said guys, I think you have hit the nail on the head here. After seeing recent pics of both Justin’s new Kirk and the 75k it is clear to me that they have both surpassed their previous Psycho and H78 (and IMO everything else too!).
Like you say Chris both artists have greatly improved since those early masks and it really shows in both sculpts. The H78 and Psycho will always remain a classic and I will always love them both for what they have given us, but if I was you I would jump on one of these new kirks instead, they are the future IMO.
ive owned an h78/ahg and they are class. very accurate but for some reason the psycho oozes more quality for me. its got the x factor 
i have my psycho 81 proto and wouldn’t sell it again! i regret selling my old 05 copy
