Hey, guys.
Here’s my latest Boogeyman rehaul. Tried some new techniques on this one so I can prepare to start working on my customer’s order. I decided to strip this bad boy completely since the paint started peeling along with the hair when I was removing it. That gave me an awesome blank to work on and I’m very happy with the results.
Enjoy the pics and thank you for looking!
Awsome looking mask
Looks fantastic!
It’s looks great!
How did you remove the paint?
Thank you. Rip of the hair and when a piece of paint comes off with the glue, just pick all of it off with your fingers. When it starts getting hard, soak the mask in water overnight and continue pulling the paint off.
Wow! What a difference! You did a phenomenal job on this. Looks super hero! No pun intended. Haha
I agree! Great job man
Thank you everyone. Sadly, I’m selling this mask right now but here’s a great comparison with the famous Castle stretch behind the scenes photo.
Another way to remove the paint is to use a dremel with a felt polishing wheel on low speed. It’s tedious, but helpful if you have a mask with stubborn paint.
The boogeyman has been slept on for sure. Great work.
