I know this, but with every piece of News there is a possibility for a potential spoiler. So if there is any, I am deeply sorry.
Halloween 2018 News Piece #1- April 28th, 2018.
The Teaser Poster for Halloween has finally been released. I know this news is a bit old, but I thought it was good enough to Blog about. On April 19th, 2018, something HUGE was revealed on Twitter by Jamie Lee Curtis (aka Laurie Strode), Blumhose Productions, and Nick Castle (aka The Shape aka Michael Myers)! The Teaser Poster was shown to the Public, and the reactions were mixed. At around 1:00-1:30 AM on April 18th,2018 (eastern standard time) Nick Castle tweeted out something like “NEW HALLOWEEN INFO COMING TOMORROW!” And people kept bombarding him with “OMG NICK IS IT THE TRAILER? IS IT THE TRAILER NICK? PLZ TELL USSS!” But it wasn’t the trailer. It was the poster of Michael’s mask for 2018! Some people loved it, and some hated it (like what usually happens with this kind of stuff). The poster said “HALLOWEEN” in bold orange letters. Under it, it said “October 19th” which is the release date of the movie in America. But the main thing that caught everyone’s attention was the picture of how Michael’s Mask looked like and how similar it was to the original. (REMEMBER-HALLOWEEN II-RESSURECTION NEVER HAPPENED!!!) It showed the Left side of the mask (mike’s left our right). And it showed major ware! You can see all of the tears and how it aged. But there are things many die-hard fans (like myself) noticed! The 1st thing is that Michael’s eyebrows are painted over white, just like in the original Halloween if you look at the mask closely. The 2nd thing is the way that the eye-holes were cut out. Again, it looks like the original Halloween, but you see the tearing on it. The 3rd thing is that if you look closely enough, you can see Michael’s left eye! But if you look at the right, his eye is barely visible but from what I got out of this is that his right eye is not normal, like a glass eye. And if you brighten up the image in PhotoShop, there is nothing in the background so why even bother trying? So that was the first thing that was actually revealed that was close to a trailer to Teaser. My thoughts on it:I know that I FRIGGIN LOVE IT!! It really reminds me of the original Halloween, which I love, because Halloween 1978 is in my Top 10 Favorite movies of all time, as #6. But seeing this really got me happy and I pray to the movie gods that Halloween 2018 will be good, and Michael Myers will be the best he’s ever been. But hey, we just have to wait for the movie to come out in theatres. But if you want to read some articles on it, here you go!
