I believe James is definitely Goni good to return.
Also IMO Nick should’ve had two camos in H40, Instead of just the window scene. He could’ve played the shape during the finale, where he’s looking up at Laurie from the burning basement.
for closeups he still looks better than JJC IMO, they could use him for stalking scenes
OR maybe they’ll do the opposite: Nick Castle does the majority of the role whilst JJC does a single shot… 
Why wouldn’t they have Dicks Warlock?
cause he’s not the original, personally I never liked Warlock through the mask, Nick Castle is the man, the only genuine Michael Myers who gave the mask that original creepy and badass look that nobody else really managed to achieve IMO

Pretty sure Nick was quoted having said something like James still has the torch, I’m just going to poke around in scenes. So hopefully it will be confirmed soon JJC is coming back to play The Shape.
Unfortunately except for the face where Nick still looks way better than JJC imo he’s too out of shape and shrank a little, so JJC is still the main MM, no doubt about that.
