It really saddens me to post this as I have had nothing but good deals in the past with Shane Crisp but on our latest deal I am starting to think I will not see what I paid for. I sent a check for $40 to Shane for the MYERS HOUSE PRINT he had for sale in the Classifieds before the Classifieds were taken down. He cashed my check on May 11th and there has been ZERO communication since. I even sent him a letter during the time M-M.NET was down to try and communicate with him and no response. If I do receive my MYERS HOUSE PRINT from him I will update this thread. But until then I am advising others NOT to deal with him based on this transaction. Shane if you are going thru some tough times all you have to do is communicate with me man and we can work something out. You have always kept your word in the past and I trusted you completely… This is not like you to not follow through on a deal. If you read this please contact me and make this right. Mike
Yeah, Just before the classifieds went down I bought the 2 18’’ Myers figures from him. I sent him payment via UPS, and checked the tracking to see if it was delivered, and it was.Sorry to hear he got you to. I hope we get this resolved soon. What is going on NIGHTMARE!!!
As of today 6-12-10 Shane Crisp has made NO attempt to resolve our transaction. There has been ZERO communication on his part since cashing my check. I am very disappointed in his behavior and advise anyone considering doing business with him not to. Until he has made good on his end of our deal I will continue to bump this thread. 
Mike im sorry to hear about that…He owes James alot of money too from about a year back if im not mistaken & has sold & sold but not paid him back yet.
Thanks Paul. I try and give people the benefit of doubt but I am starting to think I got burned by a person that I trusted in the past. I even mailed him a letter while the site was down asking him what is going on. Never heard a thing back from him and now that the site is back up there is just no excuse for the avoidance. As for Shane owing James money I recommend that James post a thread too stating his problem with him. People need to know these things so others don’t get burned. Take care. Mike

It appears so. I just don’t understand how somebody that I trusted in the past could do this. I am very disappointed in Shane. He has some explaining to do and the sooner the better.

I too had ALL positive experiences with Shane and luckily it never went bad,like with you gentlemen.Man,this is why I get shaky fast with dealing with people.You are only as good as your last deal…PERIOD!!No matter how great someone is to deal with,if they take your money and run it is despicable.I know that a while ago Shane was going through a rough time,but no matter what you should NEVER not come through and take someone’s money.Shane approached me to see if I was interested in some things he had for sale not too long ago and I could not buy anything at that time.I am now happy I didn’t.I have been screwed twice in this hobby.Once by Starjerk for $100 and once by a clown going by the user name DecayNYFX here for $50.He also robbed a TON of people over at the FrightStuff forum.You feel so insulted and cheated when it happens.That’s why I NORMALLY do not play games and will file a Paypal dispute before the 45 days is up,especially if something is fishy with the deal.That’s the other thing,I will ONLY complete a transaction with Paypal.

As of 7-6-10 still no response from Shane Crisp on our deal. He took my money and has gone silent.
I will continue to bump this thread until SHANE comes forward and explains himself.
As of 8-8-10 STILL NO ITEM or WORD FROM MR. CRISP
I’m sure Mr. Crisp is just on a lenghty vacation or something like that! He’s been on a year vacation since I sent him his mask back!

Thanks for the support James. I never thought Mr. Crisp would do something like this to me and other members. I am sure he still comes here and reads threads but will not post. Shame on you Shane for taking advantage of good people. And James you have an obligation to protect others on this board by posting the names of untrustworthy people you have dealt with. You are so right Mike! I call them like I see them! I have 2 of the 3 paying up now and the 3rd just came forward to apologize. I will give them to the end of this week to make it right.
