Compared to the h2creep that was previously posted on this site, the cut eyes look larger, but are there two types of h2creep?
When looking at these masks, you have to remember the Creep has built in eyecuts. The only reason for variety is the fact they weren’t all cut identically especially during the height of Justin Mabry being a one man band with Nightowl.
There are very few actual H2 Creeps. Kaizu and the one Michael posted above are the only that come to mind honestly. Few people realize Justin offered for a limited time a Large version. I own an H1 so it doesn’t matter. But it was 25" compared to 23.5", thus most “H2 Creep” are from that exact mold. The tiny ones Justin did specifically. I remember his post on the copy he did for kaizu.
Same goes for the Psycho. There is not an H2 Psycho mold. There are Psychos painted in H2 style. You’ll know they’re original from Justin if the hair is short, well-matted, and most importantly the hair fibre/color. The H2 Creeps announced had a more orange color, as Michael has displayed.
The one on eBay is a normal Creep. Somebody painted it H2 style but the eyes are obnoxious so I’d look passed it. This is basically why the Shat is preferred. The mold has the actual Captain Kirk eyes implemented, while the Creep is pre-cut. Not much wiggle room.
Also please don’t fall for common tricks. There’s a reason I take photos with bo stuffing or with flash and in terrible light conditions. This photo, for somebody not familiar with Justin Mabry or Nightowl, is very deceiving.
Beyond the entire face being bloated. Now look at the nose. That isn’t what it should look like. It is stretched to a gross extent. The paint isn’t even accurate but with hair color I guess I can see H2 style? But it is FILLED. That isn’t the natural look of the mask. The black bags inside are even widening the nose. They do the same to the forehead.
If you expect to get this actual look; once you take the stuffing out of the mask you’ll be very depressed. Can’t imagine how awful the eyes look naturally. This is the shape of a Creep. Period. That will sit on eBay or sell to another person who sells it to another person in an endless cycle of wanting to be a wider mask 
Ugh I remember when you took those photos. I love all your old Nightowl photos and pieces but what happened in the mail dude? I never heard that and that is fucking ridiculous.
Also for the people wondering. This mask is the only legitimate Creep II posted. It was a very limited sculpt that was modified but doesn’t exist. So all of the H2 Creeps you guys see on eBay are definitely just a normal Creep. Nobody with a legit H2 Creep from years ago would ever sell it lol.
When I contacted Justin, he replied that h2’s creep was 350$.
I’m curious how the one currently being sold is different from the official h2creep.

Exactly brother. That Creep H2 mold was basically a mystery that only real old-time members will remember. Kaizu actually edited his mask into a movie scene and people put it all over shirts and merchandise. He was beyond annoyed since he’s had it happen before.
I wish he was active now so I could get a definitive answer. I do know for certain that K told me about the project and let me know that I would be blown away. Seeing that built-in Warlock look even so minimal indeed blow me away, lol.
But as for what you said that is exactly how it’s been since I can remember now. I do have a custom Shat that JC did, but this was a major favor in which he enlarged the mold. As far as I know, the Creep II was a legitimately modified original Creep, so the size should be the same (23.5’)
Any Creep listed H2 over the past decade or so has been a blank from Justin I’ve seen others finish as such. I don’t think he would have a problem doing an H2 finish for a customer, but with the pre-cut eyes I’m just not a big fan as the natural shape is genuinely more 1978 in my opinion.
Hey, this is the price of a Creep finished by Justin shipped. It would be a Nightowl Creep finished in a 1981 style. There really isn’t “an official H2 Creep” anymore. If I’m being honest I cannot remember more than a handful ever being released. For clarification you could ask him “…can you send me a Creep II blank?” and I believe he will let you know this isn’t an actual mold and you’d be receiving a Nightowl Creep blank.
Also it is quite easy to tell. The forehead “crease” in the actual old H2 Creeps is extremely prominent. It is just as prominent in older copies that are not H2, but the copy listed looks to be extremely new as I can’t even make that crease out.
I’m not sure if people attempt to be untruthful? I actually believe most don’t know there ever was a Creep II ,so for those older forum members here it is clear cut but I can see exactly why it can be bit confusing for the majority.
The crease is there …mask was made last yr…that’s Phil’s mask…he is a Mod here …Justin does have a H2 creep mold …probably 6 were made from it …he might have retooled the mold…made eye cut thinner …best bet is to ask Phil…
Phil Colvin? And I thought the original Creep II mold was destroyed? Is Tetsuya around at all anymore? I personally never had the privilege of owning a copy. I just know that the chin was what stood out to me. You take amazing photos, and lighting could play a role. I just remember distinctly your photo and kaizu cropping his mask into a few scenes from H2. He was the one who pointed out the differences.
They definitely aren’t major, and I could he incorrect here. If this is a Creep II I definitely need to contact Justin about the size. I remember K telling me it was a bit shy of 24"? And the forehead crease is definitely there, just not as prominent. I am legitimately comparing your photo to the single one posted here, and the new Creep II looks different.
This is what I compared
I never was greatly analytical but kaizu has a better eye than me and i realized the miniscule differences. Like if you look at your worn of the lips and chin, they have this horizontal stretch I’ve only seen in 3 copies and I’m embarrassed to say I’m not even sure who owned the third. The new mask looks to be larger, but if it is legitimately from a different mold I’m beyond intrigued.
Phil Colvin is one of few people that I have truly considered a friend for like a decade and he actually has helped immensely fill in my Nightowl collection. He’s the one guy I’ve truly seen maintain every single mask he ever has posted. I actually got my H2 Psycho from Phil and it felt brand new. I’m glad I commented because i haven’t even thought of a Creep II in about a decade.

Yep, you’re right. The crease is definitely there, and the mask was all finished by Justin. Obnoxious eye cuts, nice one Lance. But yes, the Creep H2 is from 2023. I know Justin went back to adding the V in the creep sculpt a couple years ago.
I have an original Creep 2, totally different sculpt than anything labeled as a Creep H2. I know I’ve had a couple psychos labeled as an 81, or Psycho 2. Not sure if there is some differences in the sculpt or just the name. If anything, maybe some retooling here and there.
Thanks for clarification my friend! After really looking, I didn’t realize at first the eyes look off because the black bag is actually protruding from the proper right eye. I’d love to see that mask with no filling at all or a worn photo. I know Phil has a Creep H2 that has that distinct shape. I can’t really explain it and hate myself for it, but his has that old school H2 vibe you’ve explained! The crease is extremely prominent on his copy also seen here.
Also man I’d absolutely love to see your original Creep II! It is awesome to know for 2023 he has a retooled version of the Creep H2 style! But that original run… man. As for the Psychos. Man you couldn’t be more right. I’m not sure if people do if maliciously, but I’ve seen quite a few “H2 Psycho” sold on eBay that are blatantly Nightowl Psychos with a gritty paint job. I actually have a 2005 Psycho and a 2005 H2 Psycho. I wish I was better with my words, but hope photos can help me explain. The chin on the H1 is very defined and it is so tough to describe the H2 but the widrh definitely alters analyzing. Here they are together without stuffing just on heads.
The H1 is exactly 23.35" around, while the H2 is 24.56"! I know it doesn’t seem major but after receiving it I was super happy that it fit my head 
super rare for older Nightowl. Also the shape I can’t describe but it definitely has a wider neck and like you said these minor alterations giving it this horizontal look. I hope I’ve made sense and would truly love to see your copy dude! I love how this hobby keeps us guessing and never stops bringing us new sculpts!
Seriously thank you for confirming the 2023 H2 Creep dude. No way am I not adding one to the Nightowl collection. Legit been a dream of mine since Kaizu posted that Hospital scene photo. Thanks again for the info man
