Just recently received a new mask and words cannot come close to describe how amazing it is. The mask is called THE THRASHER made by Justin Mabry at Nightowl productions, and is his newest mask to date. The Thrasher was designed to look like the H4 cover photo. It is a hybrid between a Nightowl creep and maniac. In my opinion, I have not seen any mask more accurate, that captures the true essence of what a myers mask should look like. It is a thing of pure beauty and art, I am beyond honored to own it. Thanks again to my good friend Justin Mabry! And for everyone else, I hope you enjoy the pics!!
It took about 2 months. A got mine a little faster though just because I know justin personally and he lives right down the road from me. It is such a fantastic mask though. I previously had a creep before this and really loved that too, but ended up selling it because it didn’t fit me right. So I sold it for a thrasher and Now I’m set! only myers mask I will ever need!
The details on this are very evident. Such a high-quality mask, you must be thrilled!
Btw, I wanted to ask what the “hallway scene” is that everyone keeps referring to. I’ve seen H4 but can’t remember every scene. Maybe someone can enlighten me…
I’ve only seen one other (earlier this year in winter I think), but this one looks much better (possibly because it’s worn?). I haven’t been able to get a hold of Justin from Nightowl for over a year now, I wanted to order a copuple of masks from him, but I’m guessing the Trick or Treat Studios deal has kept him super busy.
I’m kind of hoping to see something brand new from Nightowl and not a re-tool; The Creep has had three different re-tools now. I loved seeing The Killer pop up as that was something brand new.
The original Hero is an amazing piece of art. It has so many looks but yet it’s just a pale white face. Lighting and worn methods have created a mask that’s so versatile no one yet has truly replicated it nearly 40 years later. The scene is just one of many where the mask looks incredible. This scene in particular, is for fans of the shape, an iconic piece of cinematic horror history.
