Hey everyone, as many people may have seen I made a 2018 style Myers mask and it has been a roller coaster ride, dealing with admins and people warning me about it. Im new to this whole thing and honestly it feels like some black market kinda thing lol honestly though its really awesome and i feel its the only way to do it, “If you’re good at something never do it for free” - The Joker
With that said I figured i would post here for everyone to see what I have to offer and show everyone who I am. Im 25 years old and from a small redneck town in Northern New York with nothing but dead end dreams and tourists passing through simply because of the scenery and vacation spots. But nobody is interested in my field of work which is why i am trying to get out of here, people have always said i don’t belong and need to make something of myself, this is it. I believe this is my way out, if i can show you all what i can do then its simply a matter of time before everyone knows my name and if you can make money doing what you love then its a no brainer and everyone should strive to do it. Don’t just chase your dreams, catch them, don’t reach for the stars, become one. Anyways, with that being said here are some pictures of my version of the mask, I hope you all like it and if anything needs improvement or whatever else feel free to message me! As for anyone giving you a hard time for replicating the new mask, why? This hobby is built soon striving for accurate Indie masks even if a company holds a license to them. We’ve been making independent H1 masks for years without anyone in the community owning or granting the license, but it should be different for the 2018 mask just because an affiliate company owns it? Idk, man. You do you, you’ve obviously got the talent!
You did great. Keep at it! If you’re serious about something never let anyone stop you. It’s good to have you here. SykoticFX you might end up becoming a sought out artist in this hobby. I surely hope that happens for you!
Thank you so much that really does mean a lot! Sadly if you look at my other thread in Projects and Announcements called “Halloween 2018 Sculpt” the Indie mask making is most likely going to come to an end or become black market kinda thing
