Rob Zombies H1 is epic! Made Myers scary again. I really enjoyed that film and consider myself a fan of it 
But Im not even going to start with H2…what a thoughtless, redneck driven peice of shit!
Tho The hospital sequence was tight!
However…Rob Zombie deserves a slap!!!
Next to the original, Zombie’s H2 is my favorite, and it’s one of the few fairly original films in the franchise. I was never a huge fan of the first H2, and aside from H20 and Zombie’s remake, I don’t think there had been a truly GOOD Halloween film since H4.
Yeah, perhaps Zombie’s film isn’t “traditional”, but I can say that, for the first time since H4, I couldn’t predict where a Halloween film was going to go, which made it pretty exciting. It’s not scary, but then again I haven’t been truly scared by a movie in years. As long as a film can get under my skin and unnerve me I’m fine, and Zombie’s H2 did just that.
I thought RZH2 had alot of really cool parts in it. I loved the hobo myers look. Sure it would never match up to the OG halloween 1 or 2, but why even try to compare it to them. Those two where some of the best horror movies all time. And altho RZH1 was awhole lot better than the 2 it was still a pretty good movie. Lauire said “fuck” way too many times and I didnt care for the sherri moon ghost and the lighting was too dark for the likes but all and all it was still a good movie. Sure bests Halloween 4…5… and resurrection

You cant judge a movie by the first 22 minutes. I hated H2 at first but now I love it.

Even though it is your opinion, i strongly disagree. I’ve seen probably over 500 horror movies and i can honestly say it is in my top 5, if not my favorite. so in my opinion, you sir do not know what your talking about.
the sequel isnt that bad. Honestly, after i watched it the first time i thought "WTF"? this wasnt a halloween movie to me and it wasnt what i exepted after the first trailer. The second thought was like hmmmm ok , thats just a copy of the friday the 13th movies (the thing with the dead mother) , but after i watched it again and again , the more i liked it and its now defenitly in my personal top ten . I think Robs style makes this movie so dark , it just have that great atmosphere and it makes people gettinstab brutal again. I mean , there are so many movies where people get stabed , but in H2 it looks really hard. The second thing is, its realistic.
