Went online and could not find the NAG website is it down due to to many orders? I am a newbie yes lol and still not sure between Warlock,NAG 75K CASTLE,CREEP. I also wanted to know about mask sizing? are masks usually standard sizing. any help or advice would be appreciated! THX 
Not sure about the website but on the mask choices you mentioned I would go for either the Warlock or the NAG 75. The more recent creeps I have seen have not looked all that good IMO. His older work is much better. As for sizing with NAG you have size options. The warlock is about a 24.5/25" mask and the creep is about a 24".

My experience communicating with him via Facebook has been good. He did say he is really busy and to continue messaging him if he doesn’t respond. I should have my castle 75k (24.5) in a few weeks.
yes I contacted and placed my order 12 week approx time little more little less. I picked up a tots 18 Myers not really pleased with the look probably get it rehauled in the future. I only had 3 to choose from. fits tight and snug like a glove at 23" but overly tight around the jaw and mouth area. I am hoping the nag will fit better at said 24 to 24.5 I ordered a nag 75k special edition. This one will be for display but when I get it I will know what size masks too order in the future. Thinking of getting the Dirtknap Lamson knife for my collection. Also it’s impossible to find 4k films or box sets online? Hopinng they will release a 4k box set soon.
Glad you were able to get in touch with him to place an order. The 24.5 should be a good fit for you then. As for the TOTS 18, I was not happy with the look either so I sent mine out to Kreationx for rehaul. There are a lot of folks doing rehauls so you have options when you decide to get it done. I should get mine back next month sometime.
As for box sets, I’ve not searched those much. Maybe someone else on here will be able to give you some info on where to find them.
