Original halloween mask aged 40 years later concept

Recently I finished up a TOTS Kirk and made it into what the original hero mask looks in the last known photo of it around. The neck and eye holes have rotted and collected dirt and grime. The hair has almost no signs of the black paint that was applied to it originally. Alot of the white paint has worn off revealing lots of flesh tone around the neck, eyes, cheeks, nose and mouth. I just wanted to hear anyone’s thoughts on it and if perhaps anyone else has tried to do something similar.

It definitely looks really creepy man. I think if you change the hair it would probably be quite a game changer [emoji106]

Yeah the hair doesn’t match the aged look yet. Still looks kinda new. Still trying to figure out how to get that effect.

Good work, some creepy stuff! :myers

Thanks man, plan on doing some more stuff to it in the future like yellowing it and messing with the hair a bit.

Looks good! I always loved the aged rotted look. Sift some fullers earth through the hair to give a dirty, moldy look
