Painting the neck of TOTS H2

Hey fellas. I have a Trick or Treat Studios H2 mask. I’d like to make the neck white like the rest of the mask. Could I use a spray can of white Plasti Dip for the coloring?

That should work fine, plastic dip usually always works for me on making masks, sometimes I use black plastic dip as the base color on painting gorilla masks and it bonds pretty much permanent.
I would just test out the color on the back of the neck first, sometimes if you spray it on too thick all at once, it can warp the rubber while it’s wet,and it can leave a bumpy surface residue if the can is not shakes well enough and has debries on the cans spout. It won’t warp the rubber permanent, but I’ve noticed while it’s wet the latex gets soft and flappy untill it’s dried completely… Just do a few light coats and don’t go thick.wrap the hair in a plastic bag for over spray , hope it turns out for you!

Thanks for the advice. It turned out well, I think. I really prefer the white neck over the flesh tone. I did get some of the stuff on the chin and it’s a bit noticeable, but nothing I can’t live with. I might be able to pry it off with a paint remover, maybe.

Here’s a pic of me at the Chicago Pop Culture Con last weekend:

Looks good!
