Hey guys so I had a friend over this weekend and he was looking at my Samhain mask and pointed out that it didn’t have the glue lines where the sideburns were and that it also didn’t have a hole on the neck from where he got stabbed by the knitting needle in the first movie. I told him that I didn’t care and apparently he didn’t understand me and he went ahead and drew on the glue lines and the needle hole on my mask with a f***ing pencil!!! So anyways I got pissed of course and tried to erase it which didn’t work and then I tried to take a damp wash cloth and rub it off but neither worked so does anybody know what I can do to get rid of the pencil markings on my mask as they are quite bothersome, thanks.
I should have specified that I did not let him, I went outside to walk my dog and come back inside and he shows me his “work” that he had done on my mask.
There is a very simple way to remove pencil from a mask. May sound silly but a very small dab of tooth paste will get just about anything off of a mask. Carefully wipe it on the area until the pencil is gone, then wipe off tooth paste with a damp cloth. it works because toothpaste contains baking soda. Don’t be too hard on it though as it can rub off paint so just be careful with it
So then baking soda diluted in water also would work or would that be too concentrated? Sorry for butting in, I just have a similar situation that happened to me on a DP deluxe that I’m now planning on selling and I don’t want marks on it.
Sorry bro I am unsure on that, all I know is that a small dab of toothpaste has worked on a couple of masks for me which came to me with marks on + its a product I should hope everyone has
