I am not trying to cause drama or make a mountain out of a molehill, but please do not buy from these thieves and waste your hard earned money this Halloween.
I do not seek to profit off my hobby and I only try to have fun by bringing my love of Halloween to life. It really pisses me off that other people are profiting off my hours of time spent trying to get my cosplay right, driving to my friends house an hour away, and taking loads of photos for hours in the heat to promote his party and share with my friends. I’ve probably spent close to 1,000 dollars on my cosplay (maybe more) not to mention gas, and time.

Please spread the word and don’t buy this crap! I have raised a copyright claim on facebook with my info and sent a cease and desist letter, but I’m still working on it.
I may look into selling high quality prints since the demand is there but Idk how comfortable I am with it… it would also be a big expense to get going. But I’ll let you know if I do.

Yeah, saw this when you posted on Facebook. People suck sometimes. I hate crap like this. One time I saw a guy give an interview online about how he created a figure that I made, and it was infuriating to think that my work was being used for this guy to scam other people with. It’s bull.
Send them a Cease & Desist letter. That is copyright infringement. Once you take a photo, it becomes your copyright. (As long as there are not other people who don’t know, logos, etc. in it).
Hey, I just find it funny people think they can get away with s*** like this. It’s frustrating. Just found out a shirt I owned with Myers face on it was a stolen image and uploaded to Redbubble. It’s really not cool, at all…
It’s weird to me that people would buy prints of me! And I’m flattered as all hell.
As I said I’ll look into it and see if it’s feasible for me, or partner with somebody if it’s something people want and I’ll make it a good quality print.
But right now I"m just focusing on them taking it down.

Awesome man! Glad they removed it and that moron wasted money on adspace and boosting his ad. I feel bad for Simon Edwards, his picture is everywhere from paintings to shirts nowadays
Yeah I do. It was taken on my camera and it’s of me. My hardwork that I put into setting up the shot and wearing the cosplay.
That’s all you need to own a photo in terms of copyright. Look it up.
Also I put a watermark on the photo on my personal instagram.

People forget that as photographers even if we don’t own the rights to the characters we’re shooting we own the photographs we take. Thankfully I haven’t seen this back on Facebook and true fans aren’t stepping far from the big 3 sites
