Man, every time I see your old ID display I’m instantly jealous and obsessed. Lol.
I own a JC ID AND the real knife for crying out loud. I’m STILL jealous. LMAO. That’s when you know you’ve spent waaaayyy too many hours obsessing over someone’s collection, hoping to build one like it someday.
Your old setup helped fuel my drive to put together my own version. No doubt about it.
Now that I think about it, I may need to finally get a bust or mannequin and a vertical knife stand…

Appreciate the kind words Hedge! Your chef remains one of my prized possessions in my collection! I think you should definitely get a bust for your ID, I think they really shine on them with the dead on worn look!
