I’ve just FINALLY entered the arena of Indy collecting and proudly chose the Psychopath line as my first indy mask. I’ve always had a soft spot for the Psychopaths, being the first Indy RZ mask I’d laid eyes upon. I got home from classes today and found this sitting on my bed:
I knew what was inside, and though I had some yard work to help my Dad with and Christmas decorations to take down, I couldn’t stop grinning like a pumpkin knowing what awaited my in my room. My very first Indy mask. I opened it up, stuffed it on a paper towel roll, and I honestly cannot stop grinning and looking at it. I may have a new favorite mask here…
Thanks guys! Yeah, already feel the urge to buy an RZH1 biting at me, but I shall remain strong. There are more important things on my lists, as crazy as that sounds.
Thanks! I’d recommend PropShop if you’re getting into indy collecting. Their customer service is excellent, and it’s a great first impression for the indy collecting gig. This is the review I gave them:
Although the Prop shop masks look descent. I don’t recommend them for anything but a shelf collection. I have owned two of them. The Paint doesn’t last long it starts to chip after s few times wearing it and then begins to peal off. Also they advertise it at a 24 in head size when actually its only a 22 in fit. So if your head isn’t small don’t get it if you want it to wear. I owned the H1 and the revolver I liked the look on my shelf but sold them both both to get something more accurate and better fitting and better quality. I recommend the Della Torre Buried 2.
I can remember the first time I received my first indie mask…how great & exciting of a feeling it was. As others have stated it’s very addicting but even when you get your “GRAILS” there’s something special about that first one.
