Wondering if someone can help me here.

Last year, Chris (cszmajlo RIP) had a contest/giveaway and I was one of his lucky winners.
Sadly I was unable to ask him what the name of this mask was. I sent him a message after receiving it asking but it went unanswered and I later found out why :frowning: (still have message in my outbox unread)

So can anyone put a name to this mask. I sometimes have people see it in the background of pictures I take and ask me the name of it and sadly I am not able to. It’s a little upsetting not being able to tell people anything other than ‘I got it from Chris’ I would really like to finally put a name to this creation.

Appreciate any help.

To me it really looks like a Brute but I am sure I am way off

One small note I forgot was that this mask is super tiny.
I’m not a big guy and no way this will fit on my head. It would rip if not suffocate me if it got on.

I looked at his Myspace (Black Cat Productions) and I dont really see any mask matching mine.

Isn’t it a really old MMFX mould that Chris obtained? not sure but i know old MMFX masks were very small and has a kind of MMFX type look.

It is an MMFX mask, but Bob never named his masks.

I say if it is to be named - the name should pay tribute to Chris. Something like “The Christened.” Just my thoughts :slight_smile:

I wasn’t a member here when Chris passed, but I spent last night and this morning reading all of his post and post about him, good and bad, I truly believe he was a decent human being and truly loved Halloween. Its cases like this that should make everyone on every forum watch what they say and how they say it, even when things are in the darkest of dark its better to be the one to shine the light. I feel like I knew Chris through his and yalls post and his youtube videos. And can say that he will be in my thoughts.

I am leaning more towards his ‘31’ rather than ‘Relentless’ H2 style he did. What do you guys think ?
I am also wondering if it could be his ‘Samhain’ ?

People have troubles at times and Chris did have them. It was good to see though that he tried his best to fix what he had done here. In the end I think most forgave him.

Bob may have not given it a name but I’m sure Chris did as he sold the mask before.
In the contest, he listed all the names of the mask you might get if you win. He would choose the mask.
I just cant find that thread anymore and I forget what names he listed.
I’m 100% sure he (Chris) named this mask.

EDIT:
Maybe I should make it clear. This mask along with other contest winning masks, was not of his personal collection. Chris poured and painted these masks. I believe Chris bought this mold off Bob as I do not think Christ ever sculpted his own masks.

I just wanted to update this thread because I found the name of this mask … it was there the whole time :unamused: :laughing:
Today while taking some pictures I saw it right there at the neck slit …
