I have a question about the prank the 3 kids did in Halloween 4. Is the first kid we see where he’s standing next to the house hiding behind the bushes wearing the original Halloween 78 Captain Kirk mask or at least a replica of it. I know the kid standing behind the dumpster is wearing the H4 mask and the last kids mask is blurred out but it looks like the 1st kid is wearing the one and only mask we all know and love.
Definitely not. I think the shadow play on that particular kid made his mask look that way.

That’s true haha. I assumed it was the H4 mask because it kinda looks like it a little bit. But it would be pretty cool if the 1st kid has the 78 mask, it would be a nice Easter egg. I always wondered why they just randomly used Ben tramers mask for the part where they are in the school and Michael hurles loomis right out the window 
Yeah, my god the hair sure was sticking up on that thing From what I understand the Tramer/Kirk mask in the school was converted then used for the Kelly Meeker Death Scene.
If my memory is correct they received a bunch of those for the movie. They then fixed them up to look more like myers. The school scene was because someone grabbed a non fixed up mask, and no one realized. Someone correct me if I’m wrong or if I missed anything.
I believe you hit the nail on the head. I remember something about DP bringng a few to the set of H4. All of them having a pinkish red color and I swear I thought I heard them say white hair.

Yeah I had thought so. I just dont understand how they filmed that, multiple takes and all and never realized it was not the correct mask. I just dont get how that happens. They look completely different
