[Question] What is the size of the Halligan Bar used in Halloween Kills?

Hello folks. :smiley:
I wanna build the Halligan Bar used in Halloween Kills out of wood, but i dont know the size of the small parts yet.
The only thing someone told me is that the rod is 30 inches (76,2 cm) is that right?

Probably a 42 inch, looks pretty big next to JJC frame. At work we carry 36 inch pro-bars.

I don’t know the answers you’re looking for, OP, but I want to +1 this response. Err on the side of longer. 30" is way too short for what was used in the film.

I don’t know the standard lengths of Halligan Bars, but if I had to ballpark the length based on images of the one JJC uses in the movie, I’d say 4 feet. It seems like Enter Sandman knows these are made in a 42" length. That is pretty close to what my eyes tell me. I just pulled out a tape measure and held it at 42". JJC and I are built similarly. It was basically a perfect match to the images of him holding it in the film. 42" total length looks about right to me.

I will surely do make a picture for you! :rock: - but i have already cutted the wooden rod to 30 inches :confused:
