Anyone know where I could find a reasonable priced “under $300” h1 mask before October 20th?
Get an Elrod mask from Trick or Treat Studios. It’s labeled as a part 2 but it looks like a part 1.
I would but the hair on that one is terrible looks like Michael is in blink 182. the sculpt is good but don’t have the time to send it to be rehaired
Elrod is just too little for most male heads, otherwise I would’ve got one, I’m also looking for an H1 mask at a reasonable price

Sinister Studios “The Hiro”. I absolutely recommend this mask to anybody who doesn’t want to shill out 300 plus dollars for a decent mask. This was my first mask and I don’t regret it at all. I believe I paid $175 for it, and it shipped in 2 weeks if I recall correctly, however I ordered mine in August I think it was so it may be different closer to Halloween. They were friendly, cooperative, and responded quickly. Here are some photos of my mask, sorry for the shit quality of most of them.

No shit right, I tried one on at Halloween Express and barelyyy got it over my head also my eyes were like bulging out of the eye holes.

Yeah I mailed him, but he said there’s a 5/6 month wait, so for this Halloween it doesn’t seem to be an option, plus he asks 60 bucks just for shipping, it’s really hard to get a good and quick deal down here in Europe for these things…
To tell the truth, Halloween is roughly 5 weeks away, and you didn’t give yourself much time (at this time of year) for ordering a good mask in time for Halloween. It’s always best to order a few months in advance.
Obviously! but I got the idea this august and since then I haven’t been able to find any suitable option for me, if I’d been in the US it’d have been much easier and I’m sure I could’ve got something good within october. If TOTS had some decent adult H1 mask I would’ve gone for it cause TOTS masks are available here.
If nothing comes up I have no choice but to wait for the new TOTS H1 next year

Yeah the hiro looks good, I’m watching some videos on you tube and it’s actually very good looking and fairly accurate, though it seems to have a pretty large nose that reminds me of the TOTS H2 deluxe that I really find goofy in some pictures on the website, but in the videos doesn’t, I’m gonna mail the guy and ask about a rush order and see if it can sort out a replica for me possibly with no wide nose 
Anybody can tell me how the Hiro fits? is it large enough for an over 24" head?
I have a smaller head, around 22", and ordered the small 23" version. If anything I’d say it’s slightly big on me. The large version allegedly comes in 24" so it should be a nice tight fit on you. I agree with you on the nose, some angles it does look big. But when at most other angles, and when in motion, it looks totally fine.
yes the nose is the only thing which is a little off IMO, it really reminds me of the TOTS H2 Deluxe mask which I don’t like for that reason, that’s why I’m also enquiring about the Bad Boy which has a more sober nose and plain look, and it comes with the standard sixe of 24 and even 25 on request (I’m a big man), I honestly love the Rob Zombie mask as well and Russel Lewis is giving me a pretty good price if you consider how perfect it is, problem here is shipping and receiving within the end of October…
Honestly I think big is the norm here, I always feel like a minority when people say they wish certain masks were bigger because I’m always sititng here wishing they made smaller masks. Then again though I’ve never actually tried on a mask bigger than 23" so maybe I’m worrying about nothing and it won’t look as bad as I think. I actually don’t mind the remake mask either, at least in the first one. I’ll never buy a mask from those movies though since I’m pathetically built compared to Michael in that film.
