if not it sure favors one.
Looks more like a Nemesis, which is derived from the NMM '78, seems to have the same baked in eyecuts.

He diffently does favor a nemesis to. But when i compared it to the DP 99 OMG it was unreal at just how close it came. Im starting to think this mask was sculpted to a DP 99.
I believe I did one of these about a year ago can’t remember who I got it from but I do remember it was a payment for a commission for another mask I worked on
