I happened to get lucky and found a uniform supplier who carries red kaps, so I was able to try them on before ordering. Turns out the 46 regular fits me perfectly in both arm and leg length. Now I get to dedicate the time I would have spent hemming to weathering these guys up.
6-0 and over go long definitely. Add a size up also. 44 go 46 etc imo.
