Hey guys, newbie to the forum, long time fan. Finally decided to put together a Michael costume and just wanted some specific input on the Red Kap coveralls sizing. I have a 43" chest and based off of what ive read its wise to size up, so ill be going with a 46. My hangup is on the length. I see that regular covers heights maxed out at 5’ 11’, but I am just barely 6’ even. Im wondering if the regulars would still work for me or if going the tall route and hemming any excess would be my best bet? Also, does anyone have pictures of the charcoal RK offers in natural lighting? right now im leaning towards the spruce green but I wouldnt mind getting a true idea of how those look. Thanks!
I’m 6’1 and always get Long. You can always hem up if it’s too long but you can’t fix if it’s too short. And it may shrink a little if in dryer.

Red cap Yeah probably long. I’m 6-3 185lbs and use 46 long. Fit spot on.
I’m 6’1 192 and got 42-44 long in a unknown brand it fit good. Got 42long in reeds and it was baggier and needed hemming. I bought 44 long in red kaps but am still waiting on them
Let me know how those Red Kaps fit you since were both same size cause i hate it to be baggie
The reeds felt baggier in legs. Not sure if they were bigger , maybe the material made it feel that way. The navy blue is 42-44 large and the charcoal reeds are 42L and I had to hem those. They say red kaps run smaller
I just got my first pair of red kaps today and I got the 46r…it’s a bit long for me I’m 5’9" and will need to get them hemmed. Just a tad too baggy but they fit good otherwise. They look great too! Glad I finally grabbed these.
The problem I find is my arms are always a little too long with coveralls. When it fits perfect in shoulders, waist and legs my arms are too long, when it’s too long in legs and I’m kinda swimming everywhere else, the arms are perfect
A general question, when wearing coveralls, are all coveralls supposed to be real difficult to remove. It feels a bit like my shoulders get stuck inside them.
Realistically coveralls would go over clothes. So maybe they could be baggier
Definitely get long. RedKaps tend to run short for some reason.
Got my red kaps. It’s pretty decent. I honestly like the feel of the navy blue pair I got from the tractor supply but this color is pretty good. Probably changed in different lights. 44 long spruce green
44 long, and how tall are you? I was considering a pair of these to upgrade the old costume wardrobe. I am 6’1.

No problem. The color is my favorite part about it. If I lose 5-8 pounds it will be perfect. Been eating too much fast food and got a very slight stomach. Hahah
Lol your not alone. I have to hit the gym before Halloween gets here or else I will look like couch potato Myers. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but you know. Although I guess I could pull off the H4 Wilbur look pretty well right now! Lol
