Just to double check how does the sizing of Red Kaps work again? Do you have to get them a size smaller for them to be accurate? I tried getting them once in a accurate size to me ("44) and when I got them, they were extremely baggy, especially the back of them, it was sticking out so far. I was thinking next time a "42 would be better, but wanted to check with the rest of y’all. Maybe red kaps have gotten better since that fiasco.
So always measure both chest and waist and go with the bigger measurement of the two. I’m 6’3” and have a 42” chest, but I wear a 44L suit jacket, so I went with a 44L in the Kaps and they fit perfect for me. Hope that helps.
Buy them a size LARGER, they run small if your chest is a 40" inch chest go with a 42" inch chest etc. redkaps run a size small in the wait/chest area
Prob depends on the person and how you want them to fit. Like I said, I got 44L with a 42 chest, but I definitely could have fit into a 42.
You can see how much room I have in the waist and chest, but you should have some room in there. You don’t want them to be form fitting.
