RETURN OF THE HOLY GRAIL
Its time Michael, time for the pictures I promised. Tom Spina Designs did a fantastic job of getting the Shape back in this mask and here’s how it was done. They obtained the correct William Shatner lifecast and they 3D scanned it. From there a clear vac-form shell of the scaled down Shatner life cast was 3D printed. This was then put on the inside of my mask and is attached to the latex. This is how the shape in the face returned! Hopefully I worded that right and it makes sense…lol.
The eyeholes were worked on and latex was added with the entire mask being reinforced as well. Im very happy with the outcome to say the least. They turned back the clock on this as much as possible. Donald Pleasence died 27 years ago today so enjoy the pics on the anniversary of his passing. I always listen to offers and it would have to stun me to part with it now so at this time I plan to keep him. I appreciate some of the huge offers and I have your information for the future guys. Theres nothing like it on earth and no remake has the vibe of a real 75 off the mold. I sit and stare at it as I fool around with lighting and the scenes from Halloween & Halloween 2 just pop in my head looking at it. If someone wants to figure out and do a roll call of the remaining 75s that would be interesting. Must be under a dozen? Anyway Happy Halloween
