Hi all! Was wondering if anyone out there possibly would know how to contact Rob and Cathy Tharp?? I have an original set of Silver Shampain Novelties Sig. Series H3 masks, that i’m thinking about getting repainted?? Heard the Tharps are the best. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
