I wonder what it would have been like if they had let Rob use his original plan. I remember seeing a video on youtube where he stated that when he was approached to remake Halloween, he had a 3 movie plan. He wanted the 1st movie to be him as a child and in the sanitarium and end with him picking up his mask from the house. Then he said the 2nd would be the retelling of the original, and then a sequel. If rob was given the proper budget and time and creative people, I bet this new series could’ve been an EPIC

when watched back to back it really makes for a compelling and tragic story. But imagine if there was more time to start at the beginning, perhaps when the Myers were indeed a NORMAL family, which is shown in photos and the home movies. or more time given to his time in Smiths Grove?? etc…would be nice.
