Will rubber cement melt a vinyl mask? If not, will rubber cement stick to vinyl?

No dude don’t do it. Rubber cement has isopropyl alcohol and ethanol. Each companies rubber cement has different amounts that’s what’s hard to tell. Not knowing the amount will cause the vinyl to dissolve.
