Rubie's Deluxe Halloween 5 mask

A stock image of the Rubie’s deluxe Halloween 5 mask has finally surfaced, and like their H4 stock image, it looks ridiculous.

I won’t be letting that sway me though, as we know how good the H4 turned out once we had them in hand. This stock image of the H5, the hair is just not styled right and the lighting is bad. I will be getting one either way, and then we will find out first hand.

So it looks like this will be releasing soon, since this image is now popping up. This came from Buy Costumes.

Could be interesting to see how it turns out in person. I’ve heard the H5 mask is pretty tough to replicate due to all the mods they made to it on set of the movie, and considering this is Rubies we’re talking about, at least based on that stock image, I wouldnt be surprised if it turns out looking ridiculous, though I agree, it could turn out pretty well.

Looking at that larger pic, the only two real issues I see with it are the eye cuts and the hair being too long. Of course, I’m sure those could be fixed.

I think the sculpt looks pretty good! Unlike some h5’s I have seen on here where they look like they got Mr. Potato head mouth/lips. ehhh

I thought it looked great in clay form, but seeing this, it looks like garbage. But maybe it’ll be like the H4, where the stock looks terrible but the real ones look great!

I’m a little confused on this. Are some people liking this because it’s mass produced and could be a lot worse or do you actually like it? To each their own but I think this looks goofy as hell.

Oh my god hahaha!!! Wow now that is funny as all hell!!! Well me personally, I think it looks ridiculous in the stock photo. I am just holding out hope that its better in person.

This Nick Cage thing though, wow is that some funny shit!!! Haha!! I don’t know, a Nick Cage mask is kinda creepy!! Just imagine seeing his mug over top of you when you wake in the night!
