Hi everyone,
I’m new on here and don’t post much, prefer to lurk in the background. I decided to make this mask for our little one(halloween costume) when the RZ clown mask we ordered online was an adult size! This is my first time ever making a mask or doing paper mache, it turned out pretty cool and I thought I would share it. My husband painted it bc I was too chicken lol! enjoy, and Happy Halloween!
Love to see things like this, great work on the mask. I like how its more sinister than the one in the film, its a cool take on it! 
That’s cool as hell! I love how you made your “sculpt” out of duct tape, I’ve never seen anybody do anything like that before. Nice vivid paint work too! 
Thanks so much for the love! I did some research before I made the armature, and the cardboard and duct tape is apparently a common thing with paper mache, who knew? I can’t believe how bright the paint job turned out with just some basic acrylic paint from Michael’s( no pun intended!) lol
This is one of my favourite masks from the franchise. You did an awesome job, great sculpt and paint job. You should try giving the Asylum Escape mask a go.
I agree with the others, that’s a great creation! When people make their own masks, that’s really something special to see.
I will post pics of the full costume on Saturday, our little one has the replica clown costume from thepropshopsite.com, should all come together nicely. My husband and I love the asylum escape mask, so I think I will give it a go…maybe I just found a new hobby lol.
That’s actually pretty cool! I could imagine that being among some of Michael’s first paper mache masks.
