I want to be clear that these are not real animals in the following pictures. These are screen used prop photographs and everything depicted in them is fake. I had posted these a while back without a proper explanation and I got banned for a while. These are some of the pictures that the prop department made for the scene in H1 when the principal shows Micheal’s mother a stack of dead animal Polaroids they found in his locker.
Hey cool pics for any Myers collection.
I do though hate the fact that animal cruelty had to be included into Michaels’ psyche by zombie.
Such unnecessary rubbish should be left out of production as it serves no purpose.
Too many films today depict this horrible trend.
Very true. Its funny that human killing seems to be acceptable in movies no matter how graphic but animal killing even when its merely insinuated always seems to strike a nerve.
Great post. I don’t think it’s funny, I think it’s sad. I am an animal hater myself. I would never kill or torture one and it saddens me when people do. I just don’t understand how someone can see a skinny stray dog and take him in and feed him but won’t give a homeless human $5.
in all fairness what zombie did with the addition of the animal killing is accurate, as its a classic sign of future homicidal behavior and is part of the homicidal triad, along with bed wetting and fire starting, animal cruelty is on the top of the list of “much bigger and deeper problems”
He also eats what he kills in the RZ flicks so at least he’s not wasteful lol There are restaurants in the Middle East where they let you pick the puppy you want for dinner out of a cage just like U.S. restaurants let you choose your lobster.
You got that right! We’ve become so desensitized to the point where seeing humans getting killed in a movie is no different than seeing fellow human beings getting killed, blown away, starved to death, tortured in war documentaries or on the news! But when a dog gets killed, there’s public outcry.
Fantastic additions to your collection! If i remember correctly, rob zombie stated that some of those props were from a taxidermy collection.
Because a dog can’t fake being homeless. In my time ive only seen one actual homeless person. Most of them are just drug addicts trying to get money for liquor or drugs and don’t deserve anything. I’ll offer them food and they say no i want the money. Then why are you asking for money for food if you won’t take free food. Im a delivery guy for my work and i was sitting at a burgerking eating lunch one day. A guy in an expedition pulled up (gangsta rims and all) and just walked down the street. When i left to get back on the highway he was sitting at a street corner with a sign asking for spare change
awesome pics by the way, kudos to the prop department for making such real looking animals
Also dogs can’t work and make money to buy food and clothing but homeless people can and some of them are lazy as shit even when they are offered a job that pays.
