Well, after the trailer for Scary Movie 6 dropped, I just KNEW I had to add the new Doofy mask to my collection. Thankfully Do3d pretty quickly had some 3D files up for sale and they worked great.
I printed the pieces on my Bambu A1 at 100% scale and they worked great. The face was printed in white PLA and then had several rounds of sanding and filling done to get it super smooth.
Once I had it to the smoothness I wanted, I hit it with several coats of Tamiya Flat White spray paint.
I then fitted the mouth, Nose and eyes, and sewed up a custom shroud. Turned out pretty bangin for a weekend project.
All in all, I’m super happy with it, It turned out great and the finish is stunning. I also did a youtube video on the whole process if you’re interested in doing one for yourself.
