So elated, finally got to see a screen used mask in person. This is at the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle. Got a tiny peak inside the mask on the last pic, looks like it’s lined with mesh
Can’t tell you guys how amazing it was to see this. They also had the coveralls from RZH1 on display! Mask is a replica from Ford FX and the boots are replica too. Had my friend Tyler who’s 6’4" stand beside it to give you and idea of how big Tyler Mane really is…

I remember when Matthew showed me pics of that copy.
The hair is very unique and uses two different hair fibers.
The mesh inside I believe is spandex. I remember Sean Clark or someone friends with Brad explaining this on the boards years ago.

I too assumed it was for some kind of support, but who knows
Probably to hold it’s shape or it could have been added later to reinforce the latex.
When the masks were damaged after the shoot, they were needed again for the reshoots and I do remember Brad putting the Hero and maybe this and the others back in the mold with latex to reinforce them. Maybe the spandex was added then?
