not sure if this has been discussed but, i always wondered when i was younger
if they were going to tie-in the fact that Myers’ masks were Silver shamrock masks
somehow?
or if they should have instead of going in all the other directions that they did?
would give some answers to myers and why he does what he does…
what do you guys think?

that was never going to happen, after part 3 it was originally going to be like a twilight zone series and every halloween after was going to be myerless
At first when I read this I thought that was a very cool idea.Problem is,even the clown mask he wore when butchering Judith would have to have been a Silver Shamrock mask.He put on the mask with intention of killing his sister.It’s not like he put on the mask and THEN snapped.That could be argued though.The chicken or the egg??
Also,John Carpenter has mentioned that he wanted to do a bunch of different type of movies under the Halloween title,kind of like a series where you would get a different story altogether each time.Obviously,that was the beginning of the idea with Season of the Witch.HALLOWEEN II with Michael included was made simply because of how successful the original had become.

which could have had the shamrock tag on it???..
I’ve always liked the idea but I don’t think it’s really plausible. H3 shows the Halloween movie commercial on TV so technically they’re two different realities.
