I ordered a halloween begins from simon and the mask is stellar work. It looks amazing in person pictures dont do it justice.
His customer service is very professional and you get added to the list and he insists not paying a dime until your mask is finished.
It wasn’t too long of a wait time and he updated me when it was being poured, when it was being painted, and right before it was haired he sent a progress photo which i didn’t even ask for. Mask was done and i needed a few days to send payment and he had no problem with that. I sent him the funds that week and got my mask shipped out two days later. Came in the mail looking even better in person. So happy with this order my favorite mask of my collection. 10/10 experience
