So, Halloween is on a Saturday night this year!

Being that halloween is on a Saturday night this year, does anyone plan on doing anything differently?
As in parties and so forth?
Its usually hard when it lands on a week day, but with halloween landing on a Saturday, most people are off on Sunday.
My block is throwing a block party for the kids and its supposed to run late. This outta be fun for them after a long day of candy hunting but honestly, its been awhile since I could say that I have nothing to do, but relax, the day after halloween! :sunglasses:
What about you guys?
See Ya!

BTW, Roseanne is throwing a halloween marathon on TV Land, at 10pm halloween night.
The reason I mention that show is because the first halloween episode that she did, was hilarious!!!
Welcome to the tunnel of terror!

dude!!! i want to come to the block party, hahaha!!!

I think honestley this yr, Thurs will begin my Halloween…I’m going to Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights on Thur night, then on Friday since my work is an entertainment school called Full Sail University, we throw a huge Halloween bash every year and have costume contests and haunted houses, and each department gets to dress up their lobbies for prizes…then

after that I think I will go home, and kick off my weekend with H1 and H2.

Saturday will be a whole day to watch horror movies, cook good food, get the last touches on the house done up and at dusk…off to stalk the street till that’s over then heading downtown orlando probably to go mingle in the crowds till 2 or 3am…then Sunday it’s finishing off the movies i didnt the day before and football…lol

4 days of Halloween goodness!

Block party, that would be a blast!!!

I have a big party planned for the Friday, but Saturday I think I’ll spend it handing out candy and watching Halloween films, inlcuding Return of the Sandman!!!

I agree with you guys, rest on Sunday with some Flicks, football (and hockey)

I’m actually getting married on Halloween, been so busy for the build up I haven’t had time to watch many horror movies this month.

Chris,

Don’t forget! Halloween Party at our house Saturday!

Lots of neighbor kids to scare, It will be a good time. :axe:

yeah dude…didnt want to invite myself hahahaha…thats never good, but now…it’s on like donkey kong

i’ll be rocking it out at the NC myers house. :axe:

what the hell??? i’ve grown up all my life in NC and this is the FIRST time i’ve heard of an NC Myers house??? whats it all about darkone???

Halloween will stretch over Friday and Saturday for me. I’m really looking forward to it! So much so that I’m running 2 different costumes!

Plan on heading to a strip club where one of my buddies is friends with ALOT of girls there, use to be a bouncer and everyone likes him. They all get dressed up in Halloween costumes before they get out of them… :open_mouth: I mean seeing supergirl, wonderwoman, princess Leia in Slave girl outfit, female Elvis, Little red riding hood and even one hell of a hot Elvira and vamperilla last year… :finga: Good times!!!

It’s about six years since Halloween was on a saturday, I think? I’m so stoked for this weekend to arrive already. On Friday I’m planning on finishing my horror-thon, then on Saturday I’m gonna get up early to finish most of the decorations for the haunted house and help prepare for the party after wards. After trick o treaters stop coming and the party ends I’m gonna put in the cod nazi zombies in the 360 and play all the levels with my friends. On sunday I’m gonna head off to the cemetery with my family to celebrate el dia de los muertos (day of the dead) honoring our past ancestors and relatives. The weekend is pretty much complete.

Im actually in a Haunted house taking place in an old abandoned nursing home…freaky as hell in there! I am being RZ H2 for the haunt and wearing my Psycho at home on Halloween night before the haunted house…should be alot of fun!

Me my girl and my daughter have a cabin rented up in the mountains, deep in the woods beside the Broad River. There is a fesitival going on with a parade and such. After the festival and the little one has done some trick r treating we’ll head back to the cabin, carve some pumpkins, make a fire by the river and have a good time. Once my daughter is asleep then it’s time to power up the DVD player & watch some horror movies and have me some pumpkin ale! :drinkers:

hey, everyone’s halloween sounds awesome, i plan on putting my dp 06 on and scaring the trick or treaters and i will probably take my little sister trick or treating, after that i will be on here! Have a good halloween everyone, take care!

Anyone know where to get dry ice? I need it for my witches brew this HalloweeN! I’ve called around a few Walmarts and Publix stores, but no one seems to carry it.

I have a Halloween house party on Friday.
My costume for that is The Dude from The Big Lebowski, I found the exact sweater jacket he wears on ebay, with the sunglasses.
Saturday night we are hitting the bars in downtown Milwaukee, which is full of costumed crazies.
My costume for that will be Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons.
I have long hair, so I really wanted to take advantage of it this year.

Yeah J this Friday a local Radio show called “Eliot in the morning” is throwing a Huge Halloween party with a huge costume contest…Winner gets 3 grand for best costume…I cant wait…Eliot is also a big Halloween fan and always playing the theme on his show…So hopefully that boost my chances at 3k LoL…But It will be a good one for me this year…Friday a Ballroom party, saturday trick r treating with my boy and sunday its six flags…A big weekend for sure :smiling_imp: …Later guys

Not sure if u can get it in time but you never know…

Well i was suppose to go to co-host a party on Sat but the owner of the place fell down & smacked her head two weeks back & is in a mild coma so that was called off…(bummer) So i might go down to the Queen Mary’s halloween party & to the Myers House then to Hollywood …Alot of freaky people walking the streets…Some even in Costume!

I actually see it as a negative. It just means that people won’t be out as late but will be headed to parties by like 730 or 8. That’s what happened last year and it pissed me off. But I actually plan on going to a party afterward this year so…f*** it.

im just glad its not on sunday this year
